The Shangling ultra-high pressure hydraulic boosting unit uses manual or compressed air as the power source and gas-liquid high-pressure pump as the pressure source to precisely control the output pressure. It can be used for the calibration of ultra-high pressure threaded safety valves and other pressure component static pressure and strength tests.
2、 Main features
1. The pneumatic drive pump is a dual-purpose pump that can be both pneumatic and manual. When there is no air source or slow pressure increase is required, manual pressure increase can be used;
2. There are multiple threaded testing interfaces at the top, equipped with a visual safety cover. The entire equipment's pipes and valves are connected using internationally recognized high-pressure connections, which can be disassembled repeatedly and are safe and reliable;
3. The main components are imported pipe valves, needle valves and other foreign products, which have high reliability and less maintenance of the system;
4. The equipment is designed for liquid use, with integrated pressure regulation and valve clamping. It has a small volume and light weight, making it easy to carry and transport;
5. It can be used for verifying threaded safety valves and is also suitable for pressure testing and inspection of pressure equipment such as pipes, valves, connectors, and pressure vessels.
